Authenticity Guarantee

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

ELtouch provides an assurance on behalf of the artist that each piece of art which we offer for sale on the site is a genuine work of the artist listed. ELtouch guarantees the authenticity of the artwork for a period of one year. Authenticity in relation to artworks shall mean compliance of the artwork with the description provided on the web site, particularly with reference to the name of the artist, title (if any) of the artwork itself, date, the school of art (if mentioned), dimensions, medium etc. In the unlikely event that within one year from the sale of the artwork, it is proved by the buyer to the reasonable satisfaction of ELtouch that the item was not authentic and if, in ELtouch’s opinion, this would have significantly impacted the price a buyer would have been willing to pay for the item, ELtouch shall be entitled to rescind the sale and will be liable to refund to the buyer the price paid for the item, once the buyer returns the item to ELtouch. ELtouch shall hand over to the artist the item returned by the buyer. All such claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and in the case of an authenticity claim in relation to artwork will require that examinable proof, which clearly demonstrates that the item is not authentic, is provided by an established and acknowledged authority. The decision of ELtouch in respect of such claims shall be final and binding.

This guarantee shall be subject to the following conditions:

- The claim is made by the buyer as registered with ELtouch (the benefit of the claim is not assignable to any subsequent owners or others who may acquire or have an interest in any of the items).

- The Wok of Art is returned in the same condition that it was in at the time of delivery of the item to the buyer.

- The Work of Art was indisputably purchased through ELtouch.

All such claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The decision of ELtouch in respect of such claims shall be final and binding. ELtouch retains the right to consult with, at the expense of the buyer, two recognized experts in the field, (such experts being mutually acceptable to ELtouch and the buyer), to examine the item under question before deciding to rescind the sale and offer the refund under the above guarantee. The opinion of the experts shall not be binding on ELtouch.

Artistic practices are round experiences. Round in the sense that they start with a perception of the reality that turns into a train of thoughts. Artists, with their urge to express, evolve this experience into an exposition that gives the spectators a certain stimuli to perceive and therefore experience, interpret and appreciate. 

First within, then without and then within again. 

We are strong believers of movement and change. Our first and foremost scope is to create a safe space for ourselves and share it with other creative people. A space in which we can all – and for once – feel safe enough to explore, imagine, make and enjoy this cycle. 

From a very young age the two of us have had the privilege of exploring different cultures, connecting with people from all over the world and experiencing different aspects of our artistic selves in different scenarios. We also have another element in common, ambition. 

After years of romanticizing, we now proudly present to you EL-touch! An ever growing concept with many powers and ready to surpass any obstacle the road might bring about. Why EL? Ask us again later.
